Thinking of starting/leveling a ret BUT iam worried it will get heavily nerfed this week or next. What do you all think?

Only really good players are making it work why would it get nerfed??
Get green honor gear and you will be 1800 in a few hours.

It already got nerfed after recieving 3 big buffs (it was only the buff to herald of the sun that made it good). Me thinks it will stay the same.
Plus when new season begins it will be back to trash and need buffs yet again

I strongly belive that Ret can’t be balanced in SS as long as it remain a ranged physical class.
If its dmg is strong enough to be a treat, its OP. If its meaningless, the class is gimped.

Ret is like Warrior where it’ll always be good but not Rogue or Mage Less comp variety, though
Just give shuffle participation mount so we can start balancing around it
removing half of rets defensive team utility being the best start

Ret is already very gimped defensively, just kill them
Sanc(2nd trinket for healer) sac bop loh 1m wall and shield double freedom and the general safety that comes from being an entirely ranged class that doesn’t cast. Gee I wonder if having as many external CDs as a healer is a good defensive kit or not

Excellent question, Amatox. What do we think forum? IS having as many external CDs as a healer while playing a ranged DPS class who solely uses instants a good kit?

You’re right I play dk what’s your point? Do I never fight ret paladins? Don’t know how their toolkit works?
Do I have to explicitly main ret paladin to know all their external cooldowns or the fact it’s the most common spec I q into when doing glad wins season after season watching ret/war teams 3x Dr their hoj never press sand but finish their mount?
