Will paid server transfer happen or not?

They didn’t have to put it into the patch notes. They decided to include it so I’m actually expecting them to allow paid transfers next week or fairly soon.

Nah, it’ll be after the gates to AQ open, to head off the people complaining about server hoppers ringing the gong and locking that server’s population out of Scarab Lord.
