I think the mercenary option really helps the queue discrepancy between factions so blacklisting should be fine to add back in.
Blizzard removed black listing and now queuing for random epic BG’s has gotten really dicey. I just find myself bailing and taking the 15 min penalty way too much and thats no fun at all. The ability to Blacklist would be so nice right about now!
