They've never 'unlocked' rep for anything.. ever.. They're supposedly increasing the amount of rep you can earn, but no I wouldn't expect them to 'unlock' them for nothing. Personally I just finished all of that rep grinding on my main.. I almost screamed like a school girl when I was finally done.. lol
