Thankfully I deal with Blizzard, who is perfectly fine with us having a different take on things.
I hope you have managed to find enough people who are unwilling to ever question you or push back. It sounds like you can’t handle that and reject anyone who ever questions you.

Blizzard is not proactive when it comes to monitoring for racism/sexism etc in chat. You want them to do something about it? Report the people saying the things you feel are against the rules.

Nah all my friends know I hate anything that has to do with race and think it’s a stupid topic as far as sexism most of my friends are chicks, in fact I think I have 3 or 4 guy friends out of the dozens of people I know

A ban isn’t the same as a suspension. If the individual receives a ban, that means Blizzard confirms what was reported and the person was a repeat offender (at the basic level).
I strongly doubt they do one and done bans willy nilly and decide the punishment case by case.
Y’all asking for proof are weird though, like the OP didn’t even present a case and was general af.
You’d probably have to be caught using some exploit tool to get a real ban but even then we’ve all seen Blizz just do 6 month bans. I don’t know what you’d have to do to get a perma ban on your first offense, that’d be impressive
No. Blizzard just banned a tool/jackwagon for dressing as a klux member with his friends following him around on black toons. Made the news and was dealt with accordingly.
When folks deserve it, they’ll dish out the hammer.
