And for you people saying nothing about racism can be funny have clearly never heard any of Chris Rock’s stand up. Or Bill Burr. Both made careers out of racial jokes.
But there is a time and place for that kind of humor, and Blizzard has clearly stated that this forum is not a place for it. That is their right since this is THEIR forum.
It might not be YOUR preferred brand of humor (it’s not mine either, honestly), but saying it’s never funny is just pushing your opinions onto everyone else.

I’m pretty sure there’s a difference between stand-up comedians and people spamming racial slurs in / trade or making in-game references to hate groups.

You have been saying it’s never funny, ever. I gave you examples of how it has been when used in the right setting. Game and forum it’s not.
Spouting racial slurs for shock value in game isn’t funny. I think we all agree on that.

So some characters doing something in a video game is actual racism? I don’t see anyone getting discriminated against in your example of rp. I don’t see a racial stereotype either. Sounds like whoever did it just enjoys dark humor. You can disagree with it, but it doesn’t make him or anyone who participated in it a racist. Your sounding like the type of guy who says that if you kill someone in a video game you must be a murderer. Lol.
