That’s complete utter nonsense. Try doing math sometime. It doesn’t work like that, either manually or by computer.
You’re basically just spouting random technobabble and thinking that because big words are used that it means something. It doesn’t mean anything. You act like computers can’t handle simple fractions and have to represent things like 1/3 as 0.333. It doesn’t work that way. Computers can handle equations, fractions, and even complex calculus without a problem.
Changing base makes no difference to anything. There is already software out there that can do calculations in any base you want. It doesn’t change any results, just changes how it’s displayed. Computers DO NOT calculate using base 10 anyway, everything uses base 2 internally (displayed using base 16 to make coding easier). And yet, they have no issues in displaying the results in base 10 for us.
Spend less time viewing AI generated conspiracy theories, and more time actually reading, lol.
