As the server is locked right now, it’s supposes to be a lot of people but in almosty every midlevel zone i’ve seen only like 2 or 3 guys.
Does layers have any responsibility with this?
Yes and no - no one can make new characters that already doesn’t have characters
most people just hit 60 and bank-stand now, no new influx of players
