Who is “us?” Do you work for Blizzard? I can pretty much guarantee they don’t make employment decisions based on complaints on the WoW forums lol.
What’s more, how exactly is that “closed-minded?” The point is if the company’s decision doesn’t work for them, they have the option of looking elsewhere for a job that’s more applicable to their desires. Leaving is a boon to them, they possibly get what they want, and it’s possibly a negative on Blizzard.
