- The last time the game had a cool, new, “stand-alone” zone was Nazjatar, which also had designated PvP zones. It would be nice if Nazjatar (and K’aresh) could eventually have those zones be formatted into some sort of queueable “battlegrounds,” so that they aren’t just “dead.”
- The introduction of certain tier sets, specifically Scalecommander, Elune’s Chosen, and Keeper of the Grove, make it so that those respective specs are actually visually interesting now. I sincerely hope they are kept around indefinitely, and also made to last longer/proc more often.
- With the changes to Frost DK, specifically the removal of limb, the spec is now visually amazing, at least from my perspective. I enjoy “consistency/synchronization,” so again, from my perspective at least, something similar could be done to the clones for mage for instance, which cast Frostbolt, even if you aren’t frost. Yet again, just my perspective/preference, this could be done for “Collective Anguish” for DH as well, which instead of “summoning the other spec,” could just, “make a copy,” of whichever spec you are in currently.
- The vertical attack animation (predominantly used by 2h wielders) makes it feel like you’re actually HITTING the target, as opposed to just “brushing it,” whenever the attack animations are more diagonal/horizontal. This is yet another reason why I will probably main FDK, and would like to play Pally, but I’m not a fan of the “sea of yellow,” which is why it would be nice if the game could finally have “optional spell recolors,” even if they’re “client-side only.” This could also be beneficial from an “accessibility” standpoint. It would also be nice in my opinion if I could change Druid Wrath from yellow back to green, but perhaps part of my reason for advocating for such is that I have an official autism diagnosis, so I’m not sure how much that plays a role, and I’d be curious if others would be interested in such a feature. I can’t imagine why anyone would be against something like that, especially if it really does end up being “client-side only,” so as not to “distract/confuse others,” probably most applicably in PvP.
