Why would some druid report me for camping a rare?

I am on my hunter taming pets and was in Emerald Dream waiting for the red and green raptor thing to spawn when a druid appeared and asked why I was there I told them I wanted to tame the rare they were like why not just tame a generic one. I said that I wanted the rare and not some generic one it wasn’t malicious or mean then they said reported.

Can I get in trouble for just wanting to tame a hunter pet that druids want to kill for some druid thing I even wished them luck as well. Haven’t even been back long and already someone wants to report me. sigh

You can be reported for anything. However if you were not doing anything wrong those reports will not result in a penalty. Hopefully your response was cordial, not violation of the rules? You don’t even have to respond.

Thank you for the reply and yes my reply was just what I wrote above told them I wanted the rare and not a generic one and wished them well.
