This is what they think of their customers. Yet somehow we can all find the m+/pvp chest every week. All they do is shift the blame to the players when it comes to their idiotic systems in the game. It’s the same reason why they got rid of reforging in the game. Because the players are spending to much time running sims and it was to complicated. Not like players don’t sim every single item now, azerite and every corruption drop because it’s almost impossible to tell if anything is an upgrade anymore.
