They would be a more interesting fit for the Alliance. Velen is open to their redemption, and there would be a ton of story potential between them, regular draenei, and the lightforged. They could add some savagery and strength to the Alliance after the worgen disappointed in that department, whereas they would just push the Horde further towards being the bad guys all the time.
Either way, it would be great if they could be warlocks, rogues, and demon hunters.
Would have made more sense to have Man’ari Eredar be the allied race instead of lightforged Dranaei.
They would have to be Horde, there is no way in the world the Alliance would ever accept them because of the Draenei. No. Way. But the Horde will take anyone. This will give the Horde the Draenei model too the way Void Elves gave Alliance the Belf model. I’m all for it, Man’ari Eredar for the Horde!

They could just comepletely replace the pathetic lightforged Draenei sorry excuse for an allied race with this for all I care.
Velen is open their redemption, so the draenei wouldn’t be the faction that blocks them.
Meanwhile, the Horde doesn’t even have anyone who would consider it. Not saying it would be an impossible sell, but crap would really have to hit the fan for the orcs to consider bringing the people who corrupted and enslaved them for generations into the fold.
I mean, they brought the people who put them in internment camps.
And that happened during times of relative peace.
