Personally I think it’s entirely fair for them to be frustrated. After all… blood elf players including me are kind of annoyed that blood elves got really terrible jewelry and meanwhile void elves can be made to look exactly like us. Meanwhile some of us would like something distinct(in my case, San’laynand Dark rangers), like void elves have their void features. It’s a situation of an allied race feeling to get more.
So night elf players wanting the same treatment as their AR counterpart is fair too I feel, and Blizzard is notorious for just…not saying much on that.
Then void elf players who play void elves for the void theme feeling lacking are understandable too. That was the main thing that set them apart, after all, and the only void thing that defines them is tentacle hair while meanwhile the void is more than just tentacles and there is many good ideas people have for stuff to be added.
Edit: Also not cool to be flat out insulting to those who just want to see something fixed.
However, when every race was getting something in 9.0 I was feeling like no one too. Every race, got at least something but not LFD and Nightborne. I just do not understand this hate around. I would understand if none of the races have gotten anything, and the Nightborne are getting all the love. But it is not the case.
Logically, it is obvious, to fix the faces of the Nightborne you need to fix the Nightelves first.
Obviously they will not mention Nightelves because lately all the suggestions were going towards the Nightborne.
Their tactic atm is to reply to the suggestions, I seriously haven’t seen one thread dedicated to Nightelf face issue in a years now. So they need to bring back their image of “ All voices matter” by replying to the relevant requests.
I really with these forums were live moderated.
I swear, most other forums would have nicked a bunch of this 2000+ posts ago.
Some of us legitimately just want to leave feedback without being gaslit by individuals - and organized communities - that just want to dictate certain groups aren’t allowed to have x and y.
I have mentioned before, my main is Lunaera/Thallysrae from the EU servers, but I have created this character to thank people who were equally fighting for the Nightborne customizations as I am and people from the EU.

Also, people haven’t been asking for fixes for the Male Nelf for years, apparently.
Here’s just one website, and only a faction of threads I obtained from one google search alone that was vague, not even just about the face.
I’d do other sites, inculding the official forums, but a lot of the threads were wiped with the forum update, and frankly, there really comes a point where trying to “appease” people who refuse to be with proof just isn’t worth my time outside going down memory lane for myself.
This is true. Lunaera is a known EU forum poster who has fought a lot for NB customizations. Definitely not an alt of some anti.
I do have to say, Lun, some of your comments here were quite inflammatory and unnecessary. I’m not sure whether you meant it or you’re just roleplaying your haughty Nightborne.
In any case, try to avoid sarcastic remarks, they’re really not funny/well-received here on the US forums in contrast to the EU forums.
