I didn’t even know it could bug I just waited on platforms cause my evoker’s range is low so I have to wait for npcs to pat around.

Getting the staff is super easy these days, go get it done, OP, and its all yours.
Still a little grind, but def not as awful as it was.
For the most part, I am not opposed to anything becoming account wide. I feel like this particular thing was handled just fine though, so I think it should stay the way it is. Others may disagree, and that’s fine. But my mind has been made up.
do you mean that if toon a has done the questchain, then all the toons of toon a can have access to the mount?
Lol just do the questline only problem I have with it is that supposedly it’s not an account wide unlock.

I’m not sure which of my spellcasters would look best as a fancy female blue dragon, but in hindsight, I probably shouldn’t have chosen the character I did when I did the questline.
Ah well. Still a nice little bonus (finally puts away the staff in the bank)

Same deal with Thunderfury, Hand of Rag, all the old legendaries.
The mount is literally the legendary- a blue dragon gives up her life to basically be merged with the magic staff, and you get the staff, so basically she turns back into the dragon, hence the mount being part of it.
That’s the story of Tarecgosa.

I am easily the worst player ever and even I was able to complete the quest chain. And there are tons of folks doing it now, so you will have no trouble at all finding a partner for Shannox if you need it. AND you can run the raid on multiple modes in one week if that hasnt changed! It really isnt that bad, just a time sink, and then a super spiffy mount! Lean in and enjoy it, the old world is fun.

No. This is just a QoL addition so that the staff owner can do this questline and get a “mount” that basically just replaces the need to use the staff to turn into the dragon.
I’ve done the chain on 3 alts and working on my Dracthyrs now. It’s fairly simple to get just need a friend for one part.
This is my only issue with it, Rip non casters

The journey is half the fun. 
I’ve got it on two classes that I don’t play, at all.
I did the first one on a class back when it was actually pretty hard to get the staff.
I put it on blizzard that they keep messing with classes and so our tastes change. If we have done the quest line, this should just be an added mount rather than an onuse thing from the staff.
Having said all that, I never used the blue dragon as it is pretty ugly to me. I also don’t use the blue dragon in DF lands.
yeppers this still works though oddly at the start of DF heroic gave less cinders than normal… which was annoying…
