Do you have a source for this? They do bot bans in waves and just recently did one.
Or are you just going off the fact that bots don’t complain on the forums about getting banned for griefing their bg team?
Fully agree. I also generally doubted the claimant, until I had three accounts falsely banned in The Great Stratholme Paladin Purge of 2021 (I don’t remember the year)
Three boostee accounts perma-banned during Scarlet Monastery boosts, and the paladin I was using wasn’t even banned, just the three alts. I went through the process of appealing, which took seven days, but the ban happened on the very first day of Brewfest, and my main account was one of the three.
The ban was overturned after 7 days, but having missed so many days of Brewfest, I was tilted and unsubbed. I returned several months later after I stopped being a crybaby, but it changed my perspective about the idea of false bans.
