Personally I’m not having the most fun ever but I want my portals so Im bashing my head against the wall doing it but I dated a WV girl so I like torture.

Um, everything you described is just “yep that’s what WOW has been for 20 years”. You have a point in that there an unusually high number of bugs this expansion because it was rushed.
What the heck were you expecting hero talents to be? They’re talents. They’re exactly what they said they would be.
Maintenance is maintenance, that’s what it’s always been.
“Reporting system obsolete” - what does that mean? Does that mean you can’t report people for things that aren’t a violation of the rules? You can report people for things you should be able to report people for.

You should. Avoid the one-year bundle traps and take breaks during content drought.
Here’s the thing.
I guarantee you will not use all those mounts. I only wanted the owl so I only bought the owl. I take a 2 month break and I’m ahead, even factoring in that the one-year sub is less.
I take a three-month break and I’m way ahead. That’s even if I want one or two of the mounts. That’s not counting that I can now devote my time elsewhere and don’t feel forced to grind when I know I can’t get upgrades.

Seriously though. I love the game for its art style, look-and-feel, nostalgia, and because I like the group of people I play with on a regular basis. If those don’t check a box for you, maybe this isn’t your game. Or maybe you would be better served by investing time outside of a video game.

This is a personal issue, not a forums issue.
You will have players telling you to go, run away and never come back, and you will have others who say they are enjoying it.
i am enjoying my time. i will stay away from things that i dont enjoy. and focus on things that i DO enjoy.
Everyones got their own personal opinion of the game…but you may not find the correct answers here.

If you feel the game is not giving you want you want and it won’t in the near future, sounds like you know what the answer is.
I’ve wobbled myself and given some of the things in game I don’t like (and my GB getting nuked into the abyss) I still enjoy raiding with my friends so I will continue on, so for now I’m not happy about the game but I am happy w/my friends having a fun time in raids and discord.
I will say, the older I get, the less I’m interested in it though.
If you ever ask yourself if you should unsub, you should probably unsub.
Worst case, you miss it and resub in a week, two, a month.
Best case, you don’t miss it and realise you just made a great decision.

I knew a small group of people, though I’ve lost track of them now, who would buy the expansion and explore and find out the story – then they’d unsub for a year-and-a-half. They’d come back when there were catch-up mechanics and then raid and do achievements and play the last six months.

Cancel if you want a break. If you aren’t having fun, don’t spend the money on it, come back when you want to.
Also make a pro list, then you’ll be able to answer your own question. Blizzard has more urgent matters to address.

Oh no…
Someone made you buy a mount because that is the only way to travel, all the mailboxes have been removed as well as all auction houses. There are also no other mounts in the game, and in order to play the game you need this exact mount… so this is a total game changer.
Good thing mounts, services, pets, tokens, boosts, expansion upgrades have not been introduced in game yet.

Does it matter what anyone else thinks? If you don’t enjoy the content, then don’t pay for it. You even said you knew it wouldn’t be good until the next expansion. So wait until then.
