Why should The Alliance care?

The Alliance cares about Baine because the Alliance looks after their own.

Right. And at the end of the expansion, I am sure Tyrande, Anduin, Genn and Velen will all still be alive, and allied.

Not looking good for Team Sylvanas.

We didn’t get an option of during the Burning of Teldrassil. And we still don’t have the option of our Warchief, who’d likely be replaced YET AGAIN.

I’d gladly await the day you have multiple maniac kings to replace in succession, just so you can have an “option”.

You forgot to include the sitting by the fireside singing "kumbaya ". lol

If the Alliance got the same treatment, storywise, the Horde received, they’d be shouting “Horde Bias” non stop.

You’re implying the horde doesn’t look after its own. That doesn’t exactly paint them in a good light. Although given the actions of your current warchief it is accurate I suppose.

Wish Pre-End of MoP Varian was king still.

Practically just a Human garrosh with slightly more constraint, would be more interesting to watch him lead The Alliance into BFA.

No.

I am implying that Baine is actually a member of the Alliance. And that is why the Alliance cares about Baine.

There are some of us who would definitely enjoy a change up plot twist instead of the same ole same ole. It’s dull, it’s boring, and I’m so tired of seeing Tyrande rescuing her “Beloved” right and left, abandoning her people then looking like a hero of some sort. yawn

War winning condition jaina was ready to desintigrate baine the second she saw derrick. You know the line. Is he the bomb this time?

Shes not dum she called out sylvies plan instantly. Derrick is being taken yo netherlight temple. No where near anyone that actually matters in the war.

If derrick hadn’t spoken up jaina would have slaughtered them both.

I loved that scene, it gave me chills.

Well, could you really blame him? Your current leader is terrible. Both in action and in attitude.

Yes. I blame Baine for caring about humans more than he cares about the Tauren. Which has nothing to do with Sylvanas.

Unless Sylvie somehow knows about the resurrected Calia, and knew Baine would take derrek to Jaina, who then would know her supposed plans and take derrek to Calia.

Fits the level of plot pressence bullcrap this story has given us regarding Sylvanas so far. Seems like she knows everything that happens despite us not being shown how or why.

She was ready to blow up Baine, not Derek. And all it took was some lovey dovey words from Derek to shut her up. I sincerely doubt Jaina is THAT far gone that she’d murder her brother immediately upfront without at least hearing him out first, Forsaken or not.

Who’s to say mind-controlled Derek couldn’t do the exact same thing with Jaina? Sweet talk her, telling her that he’s really him? And if she’s aware that he’s really mind-controlled (which Jaina is still wary of), she’d would just send him to the Naaru and Calia, same as always.

I found it very touching. Almost made me shed a tear. More then anything we are seeing more horde division and sylvies further decent into being gary 2.0.

In the end sylvie is the reason for the conflict remove her and the faction war ends.

Why does the Alliance care? Because the only leader that actually WANTED to fight the Alliance so soon after Legion was Sylvanas. Take her out and the Horde will most likely negotiate…which could lead to the teased Alliance division.

Why is the Horde so Fracture-prone? Outside of genocidal leadership, it’s because the Horde (funnily enough) is actually more akin to an Allaince than the Alliance is (The Alliance is more reminiscent of a Loose Federation). It’s a bunch of States/Factions working together for mutual benefit and each faction is free to come and go as they please (For Reference, the Frostwolves refusing to help The Forsaken in Cataclysm to defend Tarren Mill from the Stormpike). It is more fracture prone because it is less organised/centralized than the Alliance.

How so? He freed Derek from Sylvanas because of what she was doing with him.

You want a Horde-biased company to treat the Alliance the same way? :joy:

I agree, it brought some actual depth.

I just wish it could be more…/sigh idk I’m just tired of the same ole same ole, I’m so glad I don’t limit myself to just being Alliance though, omg I think I’d be in a coma by now. zzzZZZZzzz
