Sorry, there isn’t a hotfix to magically make your guild good at raiding.
We used to get patch notes that showed changes too. So many undocumented changes in this patch breaking countless addons.
Is Classic not properly staffed? How does this happen in 2019?

As far as I can recall, major patches often broke some addons. It’s up to the creators of that addon to make sure it’s compatible with the latest release.
It’s not Blizzard’s responsibility to make sure 3rd party addons are working properly.
If you just avoid making important plans on patch days you will be happier.
If the changes are undocumented, how are they suppose to make sure it’s compatible before release?
That’s the issue here. Blizzard removed the API functionality and it has broken totem timers, soul shard and regent trackers. Who knows what else.
These changes are not in the patch notes.
That is a problem, but not entirely unexpected.
People more knowledgeable than me about Blizzard’s API can feel free to chime in about the undocumented changes. I’m not an addon developer so I don’t know…
But, I do have some confidence that addons will be updated in the next few hours or days, especially the popular ones. Again, if you know a major patch is coming out on a Tuesday, you should probably reschedule your raids or make other plans. It is known.
Sure, but it’s also expected to deliver proper patch notes. I don’t even know if there are other changes that I’m not aware of yet.
My complaint has nothing to do with raiding. We’ll be raiding the day of next shutdown.
Blizzard just cherry picks what they want to let you know about. Changes are made every week without our knowledge. No patch notes, no documentation, nothing.
