Wow, that is all you got. I guess you have proof of this? I mean I realize you are trolling.
Raid encounters that don’t focus on movement.

Yes, based off your statement saying the raid is “character dancing”
It shows you either didn’t do the raid, or got carried through and wasn’t paying attention at all.
It’s massively different than any raid in SL.
But you woulnd’t know.
every raid encounter in the game has movement.
Making up crap is what you are good at!
Some now even have almost constant movement.
If someone keeps making stuff up without a proper rebuttal, then yes.
Since what you said is a lie ^^. it isnt character dancing.
Cya bucko.
oh hey garmuck
It isn’t a lie, since you haven’t done them yet.
Ok, bucko, come back when you don’t make up crap!
Only took them over 15 years to realize.
So, raid encounters where you stand still and just tunnel the boss are better and more engaging. Because standing still is the opposite of moving. And 99.9% of the time Boss mechanics require you to move out of or into them. I’m curious as to what kind of challenging mechanics you want that require you to stand still?
Right? I don’t remember a raid in recent memory, EN that wasn’t good. And it goes in the bad category just cause it was under tuned
im 8/8 bro.
You aren’t ![]()

nah he’s right raiding is literally dodge 1000 swirlies with a taunt switch until boss is dead
Yes people didn’t like the first boss. There are more than 1 bosses in Ulduar. The overall Raid was very well received.
This is the correct take
Naxx was my first raid, had good times there, but ICC will always be my favourite simply for all the fun I had with my guild running it. What makes raiding fun for me is the stories you can bring out of it: “back in my day, I remember…”, well I remember hating Ulduar because it was just too long to me.
As for raids not being “good” again, that’s entirely subjective; what makes a raid “good” to one person might be what makes it “bad” to another. What made a raid good to me personally, was partly in its layout; I like it to feel symmetric, everything flows smoothly together to make it a cohesive pattern. So for me, aesthetics play a big part in whether or not a raid or dungeon or zone or whatever feels “good”.
The “purpose” of the raid is important to me too, I like to know why my character would care or bother with it. Obviously, we’re there to get loot, but I like to know why my character would be there within the context of the game world.
That’s not something to flex on. That’s terrible resource management.
Yeah that’s their new philosophy “trying” is too much of a task
I’m on the fence w the current raid. I’m only 5/8, but it’s very busy. Normally, I like engaging content but the constant barrage of stuff you have to dodge, run out, drop etc is very pug unfriendly
The only two meaningful raids in wotlk were uldaur and icc. Rehashing Naxx was whatever and TOC was short, boring, and garbage. There are been much better raids since wotlk.
And yet Castle Nathria was easily a top 3 raid for the game’s entire lifespan. Curious.
