They play it because arms is braindead and easy
ironically WoW is one of the ONLY mmorpg’s i haven’t touched a warrior in. for me i LOVE the huge swords and bashing mfers in the face with a shield. idk why though i can’t get into warriors in WoW. im talking HUGE swords though like monster hunter type swords the kind that are so massive it’s like how tf do they even carry um.
i did main a pally as my first ever main but now days to me it’s like idc too much for that “holy” type i want the more raw dog kinda stuff.

Storm troopers usually have the superior story compared to the jedi types as well. It’s cool to play the underdog.

Having played as a warrior in classic. I can tell you in detail. You see, you play warrior because you hate yourself. Deep down inside you hate yourself and the constant frustration of that awful, AWFUL class numbs that feel down for just a little while.

Why play anything in this game, they’ve made a lot of slow boring specs.

I liked Fury in BFA for like a little bit then got bored of it. Arms was nice in SL but again, gets boring quickly.

Well GL with warrior if your playing TBC classic, warrior sucks in TBC.

Yea it really sucks, on the other hand literally the easiest class to level hunter is top tier in TBC. It’s really not fair considering the warrior leveling experience lol.
Look at the various things Warriors can do. Yes, they deal physical damage, but a lot of their ability has got to be some sort of magic, and not just magically enhanced by armor, otherwise everyone else would be doing that stuff on top of the stuff they already do.
My friends refused to play alliance and needed a tank in the party. I agreed to be warrior, worst mistake in all of my years of WoW playing. I am having the least amount of fun I have ever had with the game. It’s insane how much it sucks. Every random internet source lists them as S-Tier. I just don’t see it, they suck to play SO much.
Warrior is the best scaling class in classic. Which is the reward for them sucking so much to level given your playing solo. They are great tanks and even great DPS. The issue that came with classic is. Most the population on every server chose to go with warrior meta because that’s what the lists said to do. So even though you have that high potential with scaling, you’re going to have a hard time getting the gear you need for it to actual be an S-tier class. But coming into TBC they got nerfed real hard.
