There is an old customer service motto that Blizz has yet to master, under promise and over deliver. who cares if they were mistaken, they shouldn’t have said it if it wasn’t true. Blizzard lacks all customer service skills.

I was in timewalking dungeon… now the servers are offline. I just don’t wanna be dead.

It breaks my brain how people always REEEEEE about Blizzard making promises.
Which part of this is a “promise”?
It doesn’t state “players WILL be able to log back in”.
…and it certainly doesn’t state “we PROMISE players will be able to log back in”.
Yeah, that one made me chuckle. Being able to do that may be like a 1 roll on a 100 sided dice. At least, that’s how its been for me for the last while.

I would say that 75% of players don’t or can’t play during regular work hours, so I have no idea why they would pick a random weds night to do this.
