There is so much good fan work going around, and even in some cases better than what is even official, no doubt they can just start a competition and the winners get to have their models and artwork in the game for like, a 6 month sub or something and bragging rights.
You ever go through Reddit and wherever and see some of the commissions people are doing? Blizzard are missing out.
