Potentially the leper gnomes (see Crispin) will be helping the forsaken in population since they can’t raise more undead. It would be a race easier to blend in than compared to the undead elves.
Are leper gnomes sentient enough to be player characters? I guess that one bad guy gnome is… I can’t think of his name, but I thought he was more of an exception.
I think its because leper gnomes are already a customization for dk gnomes. Albeit not the best done.

Foxes will be foxes. Lepers will be put aside and hidden.

Mechagnomes also prevent Sethrak and leper gnomes are a skin for dk gnomes.

There is leper gnome like eyes, so I hope so.
I rmemeber some one else saying those were taken out…
But when I look at leper gnomes online I don’t see anything special about their eyes…? Maybe I didn’t look long enough.
Hallmarks of leper gnomes seem to be green skin and patches of rough skin.
It was a very unnaturally dark green color
