Even just sticking to in-game dragon lore, none of the WoW dragons have feminine breasts in dragon form. Why would Dracthyr?
You have your visage form with scales and horns and the whole shebang. They even gave you an auto-visage toggle for out of combat.
There’s is such a thing as going so far and then too far.

Forget boobs. If dracthyr are fabricated, do they have gonads? Are their Ken-doll groins all there is, or are the scales sheathing something?

Unlikely. Those aren’t necessary for warfare. In fact, not having soft things is probably a boon.

Oh My!! Dragons and Dragon kin are not human and so they wouldn’t have the same sexuality as humans. You as a human player have to realize that if you want to roleplay…you are not a human in a dragon suit so what you think is sexy likely isn’t what your character thinks is sexy. Maybe a Dracthyr thinks a female should have a fork tongue and dual color wings and mammal boobies are just tumor looking things

I’m guessing there are complaints about over sexualizing in the game and there is the reptile thing too. Not to mention that seeing a dragon type creature with breasts just seems really weird and I think it would look too goofy /odd. But if you want that sort of stuff you do you.
