Why Meta and Non-Meta, Etc: Why Bottlenecks

Another person linked a guide saying to use it on cd and offensively, without the proc it does less healing than shadow mend on a longer channel time lol

In that fight people get clipped by the balls all the time. And then they are on the brink. Duh.

but after they get hit what will then finish them? what other incoming damage is there?

nope I’m trash at healing because I dont heal. If I pick it up I’ll probably run circles around you even w/o trying

I dont need a flipping guide. I know from healing tons and tons of dungeons.

Lmao.

based on your gameplay and how it hasnt improved from your vids a year ago to the vid 10 days ago you clearly do. Im even offering you help now for free

and yea you have healed lots of dungeons. badly

Your ability to use of logic is pathetic. If that is how you think I would hate to employ you as a software engineer.

you’ve healed ton and tons of dungeon and still bad at it? Damn I feel sorry for you

cool I’ll let my boss know about it on my next promotion

you got an answer at all?

well, if you drive how you play, you’re going on about how you’re the best driver NA, all the while driving with one foot on the brake and one on the gas…

so…yea. we’d quip.

Well, hey you can let them run around on a boss fight at 2% health if that is how you roll. But that is your problem. Casting penance does not stop you from moving either. So it is not a handicap to your ability to move like shadow mend, radiance or anything else. So if you have someone on the brink and you have to move, problem solved.

Shadowmend does more healing than penance. And shadow mend does 0 damage, so use penance for damage.

You realize gcds aren’t that long if you don’t have to find it and click yeah?

I figure out a good affix for season 3. It’s Binvasion. Ever min healer gets cc’d and Bin comes in and heal them

But shadow mend has 1.2 second cast time. Penance starts healing the second you cast it. I also lets you move while casting. For S mend you have to plant.

if there is no more damage coming then thats exactly what I would do. get atonement on them then heal them up over time just like I did when I mained resto druid.

which is why you should have used it any of those 11 timed you dodged while casting literally nothing.

but they are not in any danger

But you compared a 9 second CD to a 3-5 minute immunity, one of which can only be used on ourselvs.

As well as the exceptions; can’t stop to cast Shadow Mend, need the heal “now” the proc, etc.

This is the kind of thing I would expect someone that has experience in some area, but there is always that “I know what I am doing because of my experience” just before something goes pear-shaped in the blink of an eye.

The best players, I.E. the MASTERS of a role/class combine the things from guides with their own experiences. You say you don’t need guides, well, then I hope you are happy where you are. If you even looked at a guide, you might see ways of how to take the experience you have and actually become good by combining the 2, your refusal however just paints you as the clown.

Have fun being the clown healer as I doubt you will be anything more.

Shadow mend does more healing than penance. Use penance for damage.

But you are only sacrificing minimal damage for insurance that you have penance up when you need it.

You dpn’t need to have penance up, shadowmend.
