That’s honestly pretty good. One thing I encourage for anyone regardless of age is to always go to the gym and lift where possible and to push to where you can and never worry about the relative number you’re pushing. Physical fitness is always a plus regardless of age group. Personally I cannot wait till mask requirements are lifted from gyms. I actually like public gyms somewhat because I vibe with other people also working out which gives me energy to apply towards my own workout. It’s more a social thing than anything.
Until then though home workouts do fine although I just don’t feel comfortable doing push without a spotter so I just do rep based weight right now.
