I know they said no Customizations for The World Within. But didn’t they also say no customizations for Shadowlands. I can remember the forums exploding when they said that at Blizzcon. Yet LightForged, Nightborne and Void Elves got stuff although they said No customizations for Shadowlands. So there’s still some hope that they might pull another Shadowlands and there will be customizations.
