You would be wrong. It’s possible to buy power up to the current max each season now. I’m not talking about using shady sites either. You can buy up to 20 tokens a week. Who knows, that booster might be the president of Blizzard!
If it was and I was the type to buy boosts which I’m not but if I did, I’d find a way to subtlety get his toon knocked into a pit and die.

You just get gold through tokens then buy carries.

I’d love to just be able to pay $60 for an 1800 rating or KSM from the shop. The time I’d save not dealing with pugs would be more than made up for.

But it’s not the same. You still have to run the content and hope RNG gives you anything you want. Carries have always existed and are not rule breaking.
Buying straight from the store turns WoW into a vending machine where you don’t have to play the game anymore. Just buy your gear then afk in the city because now you won and have nothing to do.
So WoW about to hit rock bottom and become a true pay2win mobile game.
its already being implemented , you buy token , pay the boosting community and boom good to go .
bots running markets in the AH , insta reposting 24/7 for months , years sometimes .
real life money trading going everywhere blizzard doesnt care.
You make no sense. M+ and Mythic raids are the only real endgame for a lot of players. We would still do those.

And why do people keep complaining about topics they don’t like? Its not like the topic is posted in the center of your bedroom in huge glowing letters. People certainly know how skip topics since they don’t post in every one of them. If I posted in every topic just to say I don’t like it I would be here all day.

They’re actually fairly intelligent. We are currently all pawns in their 4D chess right now
Or they could just make it so players can gear in a reasonable time frame. Like in wrath. You could play the game two-three nights a week at most and be able to do the hardest end game content available and the highest rated PvP. Now, it takes months to just get to that point on just one toon.
Like honor for example. To upgrade just one piece you might have to que a days worth of bgs. ONE. ITEM. The time requirement is just absurd for everything now.
It kind of is - but in the ah.
Use cash to buy gold to buy the items off the ah.
I mean raid gear and rated pvp gear.
Ahh yes, because that’s what people need in a video game. Less reasons to play it.
