Why is this the only medium populated Oceanic server?

I notice the Bartilas server is always listed as “medium” pop in the realm list, while all the other servers are “high” or “full”. How accurate is this?

Its weird to me because Bartilas is often labelled as the second highest populated oceanic server after Frostmourne, and the most populated for horde players. Did something happen?

Pretty sure Barthilas is the only Oceanic server that isn’t connected to another realm. For example Frostmourne is connected to both Thaurissan and Dreadmaul. So the populations of all the connected servers are higher than Barth.
