Why is pvp gear still locked at 184 ilvl

PvP gear is not locked at 184 IL. :slight_smile:

HONOR Gear is locked at 184 IL. Conquest Gear is 223 I believe (or something around there).

Honor Gear should not be equal to Heroic or higher raid gear, that’s the point of Conquest gear.
