Why is Multiboxing allowed in game?

These didn’t get changed by spamming threads. Also, shadow priest will still be garbage.

Right…

With the AoE cap in Shadowlands, and their horrid dps rotation and rework. The only casters people will want are ele shamans and mages.

I can’t help it Blizzard makes wrong decisions about AoE cap. They should have fixed the classes / specs that can’t AoE well.

I mean what is fun about killing one mob at a time for a long duration.

huh…and yet bliz had no concern for the $$$ of 70,000 bot accounts they just shut down. Imagine that.

what a laugh…see my previous post.

That sounds like a them problem. Unless you’re performing at the top tiers experience/skill > meta.

I keep trying to get into ele sham but I just can’t. I find its spells seem to overlap and have no clear rational purpose. Like, why have 2 lightning bolt builders? One cleaves but the other doesn’t but using both is just wasting time. Although in general ele cleave is pathetically bad.

It will affect which classes / specs get into M+ and such.

I main an Shaman, and you’re absolutely right, Elemental is a mess and better off being single target.

Enhancement however, it’s being buffed and more desired now. Thankfully.

From what I understand about ele (not my main class) is that you’ve got 2 versions of the earth spell and the lightning spell to use on either single target or aoe. With the exception of there being only 2 targets where you single target lightning and aoe earth.

Like I said though, not my main take it with a grain of salt.

Edit: To remain on topic #bankeycloners

I love ele sham  Chain Lightning overload is beautiful, spreading flame shocks to get lava burst procs rolling, and earthquake aoe is always dank damage on top of seeing it interrupt mobs when it knocks them down. Single target isn’t really anything special though. And stormkeeper is always fun to use and just see a giant net of lightning  Fun is my primary motivation though, don’t know how any spec does at competitive levels.

Juliet had it right when she mentioned that a rose called by another name does not change the fact of what it is or is not.

It is Blizz’s company, they can allow whatever they want. But a lot of people will continue to criticize them for their apparent hypocrisy and cite reasons why Blizz makes exceptions, usually money, seeing how Blizzard fires huge groups of employees during record profit years so they can pay their executives 40 million a year and their shareholders a bundle.

It’s just a giant mess, shamans had so many different builds and azerite abilities in BFA that gearing was hellfire.

I’m glad that is at least being addressed.

Didn’t sham get screwed on animations though? I’m pretty sure they were gonna use a different animation for lightning but instead gave us a gimped version instead.

Same deal with pally consecration. They gave the good one to the trash mobs in bod when it was originally gonna go to the players. SMH.

The difference is Bots mess with a lot more than Multiboxers do.

Multiboxers only affect us players in PVP and in other small quantities. Bots basically do triple or even more of what one single Multiboxer can do.

I will admit I hate Multiboxers entirely because there is nothing more annoying than seeing a lone paladin coming at me and thinking “hey I can try to 1v1” only to then figure out there is 6 paladins one on top of the other.

multiboxing is basically pay to win in world pvp shrug
and since I like world pvp, I hate people that pay to win.

Forget it. Idk what I’m talking about.

Multiboxers are only a tiny fraction of Blizzard’s total income and they’re virtually nonexistent at the Activision-Blizzard level. They really could ban them tomorrow with zero impact on the price of their stock.

if the multibotter has 20+ chars dude & being a farmer they probably aren’t paying a dime

A certain country might be behind that.
