I think, (not sure) but it doesn’t actually suck anymore like it originally did. It converts your own damage to healing yourself instead of draining life way - at least that’s how I thought it originally worked.

It’s not really even a leech in that case.

Leech is good, too good, that’s why Blizz makes sure you cant get too much of it.

If Leech were available in RL you would need a prescription.
