Why is it difficult for most people to learn raids above LFR?

Oh those good old days… I used to raid with a group of people that actually laughed their **** off when we wiped several times.

Right? I mean, what I am seeing here is that many people don’t like raiding because they don’t like raiders these days. So maybe the OP and those like him should go look in the mirror.

Exactly - the problem is the community of raiders, not the raid itself.
