Most of our self-sustain comes from Celestial Fortune, as in it duplicates healing we require.
I’m not some top notch crazy Brewer, but haste would not even contribute sufficiently to GCD reduction or CDR to make it a noticeable difference. Not to mention our energy won’t keep up with such high APM.
