This is NOTHING at all similar to Corruption.
Reduces Feign Deaths CD to 15 seconds and can remove massive CDs like the warriors kyrian spear and mind games. Packed that in with the PvP talent and you essentially become a livelord

So glad I’m sitting pvp out. When I heard that rewards would be through rated pvp, I threw in the towel. There is no balance in this stuff. All the gimicky one-shot mechanics would have me frothing at the mouth at the sear stupidity of it all.

In the way that core toolkit, and abilities got moved to covenants.
I play DH, Aff, and Spriest, always have still do.
Of those, DH is literal bottom DPS with Covenants, and a great deal of that damage comes from them.
On Affy and Spriest, literal talents were moved to binds dude, things we use to pick on our trees.
I know pally didnt change much, its all just gains, its not like that for every class. The classes were bent to the covenants in balancing, and some classes (DH) entire spec is built on the back of Borrowed Power from the start.
For them to disable Covenants in PVP, would require complete and total rebalancing of all classes, and they just are not going to do that.
The time to fight for them to not be in PVP, be changeable, ect ect, is over. I fought it when there was still a chance, and the community said “Its only Insert a time here” now here we are, its too late.
Hate to tell you dh has a 1 shot build as well are they hurting in raid sure

DH does not have a 1 shot build.
Vengeance, has a 1 shot build if you use 3 potions in a random BG and broken scaling (which I am sure will be fixed). The Hunt already got nerfed, it doesn’t 1 shot people in Arena, stop being obtuse.
Every single thing you do with Wings, hits harder the Hunt. You actually dont even play this game…

Veng, scales the hunt with Mastery, gets double Hunt Damage compared to Havoc from the conduit, and those people are using Salt Water potions in Random BGs.
It does not 1 shot people in Arena. The damage is ~6k, and a very rare crit of ~12k. Pre Nerf, that was ~7k, and ~15k. The Hunt 1 shots, were with Salt Water only.
Tell me more how you dont play the game.

Thats fine, but that is not how the game is balanced, and never will be.
Great example right there. The Hunt isnt a problem, popping a saltwater potion to increase the damage by an additional 30% is, which is only usable in the meme that is random BGs.
And yet, here I am barely touching my Spriest, Playing my Squishy ATM will be good Later Aff lock, and actual C tier by every single R1 player rated DH.
Not everyone is a FOTM reroller, some people just play what they like.
I played the same Aff lock in BFA, while destro got free Glad.

i know. i also know my class isn’t usually trash in arena the way it is in random bgs. and it’s balanced around 3v3. which is what it should be balanced around. casters are better in arena than melee most of the time from what i can gather. i was so mad when they trucked ret randomly for over pwning noobs in randoms when they’re literally not ever that good in arena.
And again in 2s aka a rated arena 2 havocs hunting me and 1 shotting me so unless that was pre nerf or something
