To some degree, sure. MoP was like that, but it wasn’t so insane that people were getting literally globaled. There has to be enough time for people to properly counter. When all the ‘burst’ is front loaded on a single ability, there isn’t any healthy counter to it. Getting hit from 50-60% or higher to dead in a fraction of a second sucks.
I do like the fast pace of the games, but the RNG with kills is over the top right now. There is still plenty that needs to be worked on.
