Why I think RDF is bad

Just ignore him, he’s projecting.

This right here.

A lot of people came back to the game because the game at the time was good and better than what Blizzard is trying to do in retail in the past couple of expansions.

Even if blizzard suddenly removed RDF from Dragonflight today, the same people here probably wont still touch Dragonflight with a ten feet pole to be honest, why? because RDF had no impact on the game’s health, You wanna know the things that had more impact than RDF on the game’s health negatively?

  • Mediocre and or bad expansions

  • :poop: story

  • Unfun mechanics

  • Systems that make you question yourself “Why?” with how they are designed.

Look at what he was replying to. And i never said new content. I said made content available that couldnt ve done before. Reading is hard for you i know.

Imagin thinking the character used to post on the forums matters.

I use this character to keep all forum notifications and activities on one character instead of doing what the pro rdf people do, use an army of alts to make it seem like there is more support for rdf than there actually is.

I have never cared about parsing and never will, but this just shows that you are the toxic one as you seem to think you have to be a top performer for your opini9n to matter. Thats gatekeeping. I thought the people that wanted rdf were the ones being gatekept, not the gatekeepers? Oh wait, its just another escuse people are using to not play the game because they are raid loggers and dont want to admit it.

Irony. Yours aren’t much to boast of.

Right and he said made it more available(which in many cases means the difference between doing it or not), that seems to have confused you.

So what? That’s been my experience with LFG. Again, so what?

Run dungeons with your guildies and friends. Most of us couldn’t care less if there’s a conversation in a random dungeon or not.

Random dungeons don’t matter. They don’t. No more than a random BG does. It’s silly to pretend like the random grouping that happens in this game is the pinnacle of social interaction. It isn’t and it never was.

“I was all about preserving the small realm communities, but already… Well, look at Battlegrounds, it’s a good case in point, because it doesn’t diminish social relationships that matter on a realm. Sure, everyone can bring up “that one guy” that they know, the ninja looter who stole his stuff. But I think your real community isn’t the whole realm, but it’s your guild and the friends you group with, and the cross-server LFG won’t undermine that at all. ~ Pardo

2009 called. It wants its quote back.

This is 2022 champ.

Yep and we’re once again seeing that RDF was never a problem and that changes in how the community interacts had nothing to do with it.

How can something that doesn’t exist be a problem?

The point that you dwell in a fantasyland is well comprehended.

LoL it’s okay that you didn’t understand the point.

well no it would not bring me back because i would not understand the game anymore its completely changed. wotlk is the last version of the game that got built on cata and above everything else got changed the whole levelling dynamic become faster mean more people was 80 you might think that is good but then majority is 80 aswell and now they are geared and bored in 5 months lets say now blizzard have to rush to get the next expansion out meaning less RND resulting in retail. . so i wouldn’t come back for no RDF no but RDF is the first point in the long chain of events that leads down the same path.

LOL it’s okay you don’t understand reality.

Unlike you I can clearly see how classic has played out without RDF and I’ll give you a hint, lack of RDF did not improve anything community wise.

So now you can see into parallel universes. Nice.

Fortunately I don’t need to see that RDF was never the problem.
