High elves work for the horde. Blizzard always said they would get their blue eyes back eventually and it seems they will be, now.

It’s unfortunate, but it’s the most likely outcome. Nothing else is on the menu that could really join Alliance at this point without being conjured entirely from midair.

I think night elven worgen would be cool as hell, personally.
Sethrak missed the boat, dragonfolk aren’t possible because no more can be born (right?), murloc don’t speak Common (or at least not enough of them do), Blizzard outright said ‘no Naga’.
The problem with Alliance is because they were written as the ‘heroic faction’ and Horde as the ‘monster faction’, there’s no one left to join them that’s not a reskin of Dwarf (wildhammer), Gnome, Human, or some variant of Worgen (and NE worgen are the most boring thing ever. You’ll never see the NE part, and even if you do, it’s still just an NE reskin. I still don’t understand why Two Forms is even a thing anyway).
Simply put, there are a lot more monsters than heroes in Azeroth, and the Alliance suffers for it because their job is to destroy those monsters. Alliance storytelling has been backed into a corner and there’s no way out.

you´re wrong, it doesn´t look the same, one is lighter than the other one.
Exact same compared to NPC’s such as Alleria and other ones.
i compared the model that came to the high elves, the last one, with the model of the blood elves we could see, in WOWhead, and there the blue colours were not identical, sorry, one was light blue, the other dark blue.

Like…dude…if its a shade off or a shade darker, it is still blue. You guys look for the tiniest details to pick over.

No one can say that races like sethrak cant become a playable race, since if blizz want they can make them relevent in a future narrative. As for “dragonfolk”, dragon isles exist still so there is that possibility.
I would agree with murlock and naga tho.
Blizz said that they would add more races where they make sense, I wouldnt mind completely new races out of nowhere since its better then reskins which was a big criticism of most the current ARs, and would likely face extra criticism now with the expanded character customizations coming.
