This is kind of the entire point of the weeklies, OP, to give people a little bonus for doing content they might not otherwise.
If you don’t want to do it, or don’t like the activity, the bonus really isn’t that great - not enough to lose sleep over anyway.

My main is almost 450 and hasn’t ran any M+ content at all. Just doing LFR, WQs, BGs, visions, warfronts, etc.
They’re not forcing you to do keystones to get at a semi-decent ilvl. If you want non-casual gear, you’ll have to suck it up - it’s the way the system was designed.
And how am I not sucking it up, mysterious Death Knight
I am going into M+ blind, I don’t know the Ilvl requirements, and got +4 done, but hey, I’m not sucking it up, right

You’re gonna find more competition than usual for even low mythics this week, OP. Heroic raid reward, M0 x4 is worthwhile for most.
Either extra patience this week or make your own group. Required of all of us, very high ilvl aside!
Dude, you could probably solo quite a few m0 as a dps or tank. I know I was lower ilvl than that when I started just soloing motherlode.
Maybe take a nap and try again tomorrow?
