Why exactly are the Primalists wrong though?

Yeah pretty much with maybe a few chocolate flakes and whip cream on top with a cherry.

I mean, for one thing, the planet IS a Titan, so they can’t exactly rid it of the “taint of order!!” and the “Titan’s corruption!!” without killing us all… secondly… as pointed out, the planet prior to the ordering was only really hospitable to the most primalistic and feral lifeforms like wild elementals and the protodrakes, so not exactly to our benefit there either?

A titan gave the elements life just as much as it did everything else on this planet, the extremism of the Incarnates is hilarious to say the least as their entire premise is based in ignorance of facts, what happens when someone tells these :clown_face:s that the ground they walk on is in fact a Titan who gave them their very existence?

So, why should anyone care what you have to say about the lore?

Why should anyone care what any of the idiots on these forums have to say?

I will admit. Wow doesn’t present the lore in-game very well at all.

That being said, the books and lore recap videos people make on YouTube are excellent and it does start to make sense the further you go. It can definitely be overwhelming to start though.

Well it ain’t my fault the devs are lazy and can’t add it all into the game and expect people to buy all the other crap to make sense of it. Pretty dumb idea tbh.

This reminds me of dragons calling Night Elves arrogant.

When I played WC3, I got this vibe that everything surrounding the World Tree and their immortality was something natural about the world and nature itself. After that, I read about the blessings, Titans and the Aspects, which started to feel quite artificial.

What I mean it: why dragons get to have that power but call others arrogant when they protected the world too?

I don’t know, Night Elves sacrificing their immortality felt better when it was more “natural”. Now, denying them immortality for living in balance with the world feels like “dragon do because dragon be the boss.”

Sargeras is afraid of the Void Lords. His answer was to form the Legion and set populated worlds on fire to deprive the Void of its food source.

I’d expect anyone that has been paying attention to the direction the (admittedly poorly written) story is going to realize that the heroes of Azeroth are the eventual answer to the Void. That is, us, and Azeroth herself as our source of power.

The primalists kind of come across as people who were fed a very specific narrative that paints the titans as all bad and the elements as good while completely skipping that whole several thousands of years where the black empire had their servants play football with every organic being they felt like and the years before that where the elements just did whatever they wanted.

To me its like those people who think that life was perfect back in eras like the bronze age or medieval period. So long as you ignore that your entire communities life was subject to getting randomly brutally murdered for the crime of having food or having the audacity to give armies your food.

FF14 has done irreparable damage to the story of WoW.

If a bunch of furry little foxes are the saviors of the universe I’m going to laugh my butt off.

Their is a fifth element: Spirit, and Spirit was shackled because of the war and conflict between the four others. Azeroth was in disarray and to make it worse, the Old Gods corrupted the four elemental lords and were nearly successful in corrupting Azeroth herself. It was to save the universe, not to rule over Azeroth themselves.

Pretty much still the Old God’s fault.

I think their motives have indeed been twisted throughout the expansion but I think they are still good beings.

One of which were the dragons…

I believe he means the forges around Azeroth, the fail safes for corruption.

Then you are destined to laugh yourself into a coma.

I didn’t know this but… as late as 1970 being ugly in public was a fineable offense like littering… it also apparently got one shipped to the asylum.

It reminds me of the Endwalker ending, where you box out Zenos as your character. I want to see the Vulpera kickbox the void lord.

(502) [SPOILERS]FFXIV Endwalker - Lalafell Vs Zenos - YouTube

THIS IS MEANT TO BE A SUPER SERIOUS FINAL BATTLE SCENE BTW

YouTube lore videos are free my dude.

Tons of people do book recaps.

Some of the better ones even fully animate them, machinima style, and add some comedic elements to make it easier to digest.

I don’t even need to look at it to know how cheesy and annoyingly bad it is. And what’s hilarious is all the FFXIV kids worship this crud.
