A military force invades an unsuspecting populace, destroys their homeland, burns thousands of civilians alive, and then rounds up the rest of the survivors and puts them into a death camp where they are tied to trees and used as target practice.

Before the initial teldrassil patch, the “lumber” camp was literally a death camp. There were dozens of threads protesting it. I personally forwarded pictures and links of it to the Holocaust foundation because it made me so sick to think Blizzard would be profiting off this story line. It was changed in less than a week.
Sometimes in order to improve the world, you have to be the change you want to see in it. The last thing I want is for younglings to grow up thinking that this type of behavior or thinking is normal and entertaining. This game is rated teen, not mature.

Oddly enough the money I used to buy this garbage fire expansion was real, and so are my subscription fees. So I’ll continue to dissent whenever I see people trying to excuse this disgusting writing and poor excuse for a story.
Hardly, since the Alliance actually throw out people that do bad and are no longer welcome in the Alliance whereas Horde make them Warchief.

Genn unironically did nothing wrong, since Sylvanas technically broke their ‘agreement’ at Broken Shore and cut off all contact with the Alliance.

Why does the Alliance love attacking neutral races?
Neutral races keep helping the Horde even after being told not to, or they will take action. They love to help the Horde even if the Horde breaks their ideaologies: See nightborne.
Eh, I would not really say they “love” attacking children, but Horde does tend to go pretty out of the way sometimes to target civilians in general. If the counter to this is “Well Alliance does bad things as well” that does not really negate the fact. Its also worth noting any time Horde civilians were killed in war it was mostly unintentional where when the Alliance civilians are killed its ordered.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. It is impossible to attack any child NPC in the game. That’s fine until you realize that the Alliance are harboring a cult of demon worshiping kids. Who’s the REAL monster here?
