Get good Old AV isn’t Horde favored.
I’ve played both Alliance and Horde, the Horde just has the better pvpers you can argue all you want but the Alliance sucking at BG’s isn’t new

Because we win? I won the last two I did. It’s not like we always get stomped. I’ve won more of these than I’ve lost, and if I didn’t DC and get kicked in the one where we could have lost but managed to push back all the way to TP and beyond after ages, I’m sure that one would have been a win too.
Alliance doesn’t need any handouts.
a group of 5 or 10 could easily hold the bridge…and the alliance towers are actually effective.

Alliance has never really been good at PvP but blaming it on Horde favoritism is trendy and blamed for every slight Alliance feels. There are a lot of good Alliance PvPers but they don’t make up the majority by any stretch. Always been the case.

these two comments don’t make sense together…
horde turn the flag, then run off to the gy, leaving a few to defend.
the concept of “back capping” isn’t to run into the tower when the vast majority of their team is inside.
watch the timer, send a stealther to report the numbers, and send people to back-cap when the majority have run off to find the next clicky thing.
…it’s becoming more and more apparent that the problem is nothing to do with the map layout, and everything to do with people just not understanding how to play the map

You know, i kind of agreed with you up until this point, but…that’s why you kill them, and don’t let them cap the towers.
All the games i ve played the entire alliance just moved past our bunker towards their towers, i have not played a single game where the alliance stops to the bunker to kick them out

Maybe pvp is not the problem… maybe it’s me, maybe it’s the friends we didn’t make along the way, maybe it’s maybelline.

Have a defense team in SHB to defend against the first wave of Horde cappers. Cap IBGY and hold it so you have a southern rez point and don’t get turtled by the horde. Cap towers around IBGY then push south. It’s basically the same strategy that Horde uses but reversed, and I hardly ever see Alliance actually doing it.
i popped into a couple of alliance games last night… i had to leave one of them because they were too busy spewing vile things about each others mothers.

Alliance likes to cap all horde graveyards sending their entire team to our push.

the only thing i remember about old AV was the long wait to get in just to join a fight at the bridge. did old AV actually do anything but fight at the bridge?
also, who cares about badges, i just leveled an alt from 111 to 120 in 3 hours and some change.
Alliance just won the last two I was in.
it took me 6 AV’s to hit 120, and we won one of the six.
a few they weren’t even trying to win though. just farming XP, and honor.
Alliance are turtling in AV . Why ? You players can 't win in AV when there is no set time . Horde will win every AV if the Alliance keeps turtling .
My dude, please pass whatever you’re smoking to me, because damn, you’re so wrong about a Horde bias in AV. Yes, we get to SHB faster than you get to our towers, but that’s it. You guys have a super defendable bridge with a death drop in the middle. It also is in the range of your tower archers. When the alliance defends even a little bit, the Horde offence stops completely, more than enough to give the Alliance time to burn our towers.
Then there is the 2 paths into our base with no resistance getting in. Now let’s talk about all of the Alliance NPC’s in your base and out in the open we have to deal with. Probably double the number you have to deal with.
Finally, devs in the past have even said that the Alliance is meant to win in AV.
So please whine some more about Horde bias. If the Alliance is losing, it’s because you guys are not defending, you never back cap, and from anecdotal stories from other Alliance players, are too busy in fighting and arguing to go for the objectives.
Btw my first two matches this morning and two last night were all Alliance victories. In short, just because you keep winding up in losing matches, it doesn’t mean other teams are not winning.

Not sure how many I won or lost , but I leveled my warrior from 110-120 in one night and got the mount. Worked well enough for me.
