I think there are things about sub that are big brain plays, but then there’s things that have very limited counterplay.
Kidney healer into cheap shot off dps and main kill basically sets up a forced trinket. If you’re RMP you get a free sheep on the off dps and then sap off the kidney (if they don’t play relent/orc). I am not going to stomp around saying sub needs XYZ to be balanced, but from the receiving end subs control can force windows that present limited counter play. In a fast pace meta, subs control is incredibly valuable.
