The movie series the Crow had a song that sums it up and is in many ways my personal melody. I know the second movie gets a lot of flack but it had some good stuff musically.
As it was, so too will it be their fate; and then they will know the same pains or anger that they caused others when they are the ones on the receiving end of control or suppression. As winter falls on their lives, they will lament like their parents how they would have gotten away with it ‘if not for those meddling kids and their dog’.
That also is a form of kharmic justice unto itself.
