The only issue is the queue times. Three minute queue times on alliance attracts the retail scrubs who treat pvp as a minigame for acquiring pve gear.
And because horde have to wait 30min+, they have no room for people that just want to run around mounted and think earning 5,000 honor a day will do anything for them.
