Why do you refuse to fix improved firebolt? (Imp)

Sorry, was originally reported 9 months ago, not 6 months ago, and has been being reported constantly since back in October, with no change or even confirmation that the bug exists.

Improved Firebolt 2/2 Not Working (Bug was originally fixed in 1.12 Vanilla)

This bug was originally fixed in 1.12 of vanilla, but is not fixed in classic. The imp’s firebolt casts at 1.5s (global cooldown), despite 2/2 Improved firebolt reducing his cast time to 1 second. I tested it with 10 different parses, all of them confirmed the cast speed of firebolt is exactly 1.5s with 2/2 imp fb. Screenshot to better help explain: imgur(.com)/0FOzgiJ.png
