It’s rewarded for every different wing of LFR you do once a day.
People at max level do not need 7% xp threads if their cloak is 100%+ It’s a pointless reward.

We shall see tomorrow but that isn’t how I read their post. It isn’t a reward we had before so I really don’t care if I keep getting them. I am not sure why anyone at level 70 wants to do each wing of LFR a day anyway.
They wanted to make LFR a viable alternative for leveling but not force people to do it, so what they did works.

Not for max levels who only do LFR and want a reward that isn’t pointless.

Is it the first time you got a reward in this game that you couldn’t use but others could?
It is a bonus, if you don’t need it you have lost nothing.
If people wouldn’t complain about being FORCED to do LFR we wouldn’t even be having this conversation.
According to your experience it looks like the LFR-related hotfix was half-baked.
- Exp threads were supposed to be granted only once per wing, which is not true.
- Exp threads should’ve been turned into other useful threads for max level players, which they never thought of.

Yeah, this I kind of noticed too. I would rather have the stats higher than the Exp increase.

Tooltip does not say this at all for xp threads.
