Why do you keep changing the time and not telling us whats up

My goodness, you really have no idea what you’re talking about, do you? If this were true, you’d have to re-agree to the EULA every couple days.

Ok, you can continue to say this until you’re blue in the face, but it simply isn’t true. Blizzard has been doing maintenance for years with and without communication. That’s because the EULA states that they can and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it.

you say i don’t know what I’m talking about, but you fail to understand what it means to terminate an agreement in a legal sense.

Bloomsday if you simp really hard for Blizzard this year maybe, just maybe in a year or two they might make your name Green on these forums!! Wouldn’t that be something for your career?? Armchair lawyer promoted to “MVP Blizzard Poster” just imagine! You can then maybe fool new players with your EULA bs lmao

No, I quoted your words exact. The only thing being left out is irrelevant ramblings.

you mean what’s being left out is your lack of legal knowledge

Stop breaking character bro. You’re the greatest forum troll here. Stop compromising the operation.

An urban dictionary understanding of the word terminate is not “legal knowledge”.

You should read the EULA.

“To terminate a contract means to end the contract prior to it being fully performed by the parties. In other words prior to the parties performing all of their respective obligations required by the contract, their duty to perform these obligations ceases to exist. Can a terminated contract be reinstated without agreement from the obligated parties ? The answer is no. If the parties want to move forward, they will need to enter into a new agreement.”
Weird how Harvard Law agrees with what im saying but you care about urban dictionary for some reason

omg. Literally no one cares. Go back to your cave.

Let’s not get anti-Semitic, pal.

By Harvard law, you mean a random blog post you found on the internet from a struggling law firm?

https://hjlawfirm.com/understanding-contract-termination/#:~:text=What%20does%20it%20mean%20to,these%20obligations%20ceases%20to%20exist.

Right – there’s a reason the term armchair lawyer has gain such prevalence over the years. And since I’ve now caught you falsifying your citations, I think that’s all I needed to see here. Take care.
