At this point I hardly even look at most of the discords I’m in, although most of them are guild discords from either raiding with a guild’s friend’s guild, or pugging into guilds progging.
In all fairness, when it comes to socializing, it doesn’t take much to mentally exhaust me. To say I’m incredibly introverted feels like an understatement. 
I appreciate the offer, but for now, I will have to pass but I appreciate that you don’t mind it. 
What’s frustrating too, is that in some cases when a thread is removed due to flag-spam due to the title of thread (without reading the actual bulk text) — If you ticket an appeal, there’s a chance you’ll just get a generic ‘Follow the ToS’ - despite not having actually violated them …

I mean it’s one thing to have mods remove your post – but another to have a GM too lazy to read & recognise the context of the it for your ticket to appeal & send some generic response …
I agree. For the record as much as I think some are just either extremely ridiculous or very much trolls… in 19 years of playing wow and nearly as much on the forums I can count on one hand how many times I was an original person who flagged someone’s comment.
A user from a discord today confirmed that reports were coordinated and tried to justify it after I posted screen shots of users getting others to report posters. There’s nothing to be skeptical about, it happens.
edit: the screen shots were confirmed, by said user, to come from a specific discord server even.

Maybe here and there, but people make it out to be a regular thing done by a dedicated group of people.
If it happens once every few months to particularly objectionable content, i dont think it counts.
I don’t believe anyone meant to say it’s some kind of epidemic. Someone said they didn’t think it happens and Kiper showed where it does.
I know I’ve seen it. Anecdotal, I know but with the false flagging going on, don’t want to post myself and give those people more to flag while they giggle to themselves.
I read this and the voice the fire bat guy on StarCraft came to mind for some reason.
there are multiple groups of dedicated people doing this. I just gave proof from a single server today, a moderator from said discord even came into this thread and confirmed they were from his server.
I gave 4 random examples after searching for keywords. There were an absolute insane number of posts that obtained the keywords I searched for. I didn’t sit here and give a comprehensive list because it’s not that important to me, I understand what’s going on and have even given explicit proof, along with a moderator from said discord confirming my screen shots to be valid.
You can deny that this happens all you want and that’s okay, but it happens.
The secret forums flagging cabals never cease to intrigue me. There’s a Netflix plot just waiting to be written.
I do believe that on occasion someone on discord might point out a post from the forums that needs to be flagged.
I just dont believe theres people that target specific users in some weird cyber bullying case.
And if it is just stuff like pointing out a racist post or whatever here and there, then i cant see an issue with it.
But people make it seem like whenever something gets flagged, its because of discord.
As I am one of them that’s been and still being targeted… yes, it does happen.

It does happen.
No, not every post flag is coordinated but some are highly suspicious, especially when you see someone flagged and you cannot even remotely find anything in it worth flagging yet around that post are insults, badgering, and harassing.
I can tell you that there are, in fact, 129 results as of earlier (more now), bashing a specific forum poster and that’s only searching for their name, not to include the conversations where they didn’t identify the poster by their new posting character.
It’s not. There isn’g going to be an astronomical amount of posts in regards to coordinated reports on the forum due to racism and homophobia. How often do you see the same posters spouting that stuff without being suspended for years? racism and the rest of that happens here but it’s not an ongoing and widespread issue on the forum, lets be real.
I disagree with this also, most flags aren’t going to be coming from a discord but there are certain posters who get targeted by these discord groups. The moderator from my example earlier did so much as confirm they target people.
And I love it when people take my post out of context and try and put a twist on it to their own narrative.
Just about anything being described as a “cabal” makes it sound 100x cooler, even if it’s not. 
Getting a group of people so upset they send over 120 discord messages bashing me is now a forum goal I gotta step up my game.

I guess i just haven’t seen anything to say that its discord related and not just regular run of the mill flag abuse.

Heres my advice for upsetting people.
Pro casual content or casuals should leave the game. That’s a good way to rile people up.
High elves. Love them or hate them. But you must be overly extreme in one direction.
Alliance bias. The new buzz word for drama. Go all in with outrageous claims.
I have the proof that it has been. No, I’m not posting it. Several people have sent me stuff over the past year.
It is targeted cyber bullying, not just towards me. And it’s even been confirmed a couple times in the past by those who were doing it.
I’m not really appreciating the dismissal of this behavior…
